Real estate has changed dramatically since I began my career at 18, starting out as a young salesperson with one of Australia’s leading franchise groups. In those days, success depended on the sign above the door. Buyers and sellers searched by brand, not by the individual behind the advice.

Over the decades, I became an owner and senior operator within some of the country’s most respected real estate franchises. Along the way, I’ve personally sold more than 1,000 properties — from tightly held family homes to prestige residences and large-scale development sites. That experience shaped my reputation for negotiation strength, discretion, and results.

But the most important lesson has been this:
the market never stands still — and neither can the agent.
