If you are looking to purchase or sell a property , I could not recommend anyone more highly than Alan Weiss. I have not met anyone who has such a deep knowledge base concerning the drivers of the real estate market in Sydney. He has done the broad research and stayed consistently on top of his game. His knowledge base of the legal
framework that underpins buying a property is more than impressive.
You will not regret your engagement with Allan Weiss. He is exceptional.

I recently met with Alan Weiss to discuss the future of my local area, Woollahra, specifically regarding the state-led rail proposal and the plan for 10,000 new apartments. Alan's overview of the situation was well-grounded and highlighted the complex market realities behind the government's ambitions.

With over 35 years of experience in the Eastern Suburbs, he provided a clear perspective on the challenges of this 15-year development pipeline, including the risks of market oversupply and the true feasibility of "affordable" housing given local land and construction costs. His strategic advice is invaluable for anyone trying to understand how these rezonings around Woollahra and Edgecliff will reshape our community.

I had a very positive experience working with Alan Weiss from Weiss Real Estate.
What sets Alan apart is not just his hands-on approach, but the depth of his analytical knowledge of the market. His real estate articles and market commentary demonstrate a clear understanding of buyer behaviour, pricing trends, and the underlying forces shaping the Eastern Suburbs market. That level of insight translated directly into practical, well-reasoned advice throughout the process.

Alan’s communication was clear, measured, and honest. He doesn’t rely on hype or generic sales tactics — instead, he uses data, experience, and logic to guide decisions and negotiations. I always felt informed and confident in the strategy being used.

If you’re looking for an agent who combines real-world experience with deep market analysis and thoughtful commentary, I highly recommend Alan Weiss and Weiss Real Estate.

Exceptional real estate service.
After my apartment at 404/1 Adelaide Street, Bondi Junction sat on the market for over three months with a Double Bay agent, I appointed Alan Weiss from Weiss Real Estate — and the difference was immediate.
Alan brought a completely fresh approach, from smarter marketing to clear, strategic advice throughout the campaign. Most importantly, his negotiation skills were outstanding, resulting in a successful sale within a week.
Professional, proactive and genuinely focused on getting the best outcome, Alan delivered where others couldn’t. I highly recommend him to anyone selling in Bondi Junction or the Eastern Suburbs.
